2. Conditions for Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: The trailer must be in its original, unused condition.
  • Time Frame: Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Inspection: The trailer will be inspected upon return. Trailers that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom Built and Custom Ordered Trailers: Custom-built trailers and Custom ordered trailers are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances. This includes any trailers that have been specially designed, modified, or built to customer specifications.

4. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  2.  Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with an authorization number and instructions for the exchange process.
  3. Return: You are responsible for the returning the trailer back to our facility.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the trailer, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria. If approved, we will process your exchange and notify you of the availability of your new trailer.
